Bio: Dee Cap Attack is a headless mummy that was created by mad scientist Dr. Frank N Stein. She was sent to defeat all of the opposing roller derby teams on the Rat City Roller Girls, who have returned from the Underworld with their armies. Dee may collect a skull power-up at any time during game play that will sit on her shoulders like a head and can be thrown at her enemies. Like a boomerang, it will return to her no matter what it hits, or where it goes. If an enemy or hazard hits Dee, she will lose the skull. After defeating them all, Dee will sluggishly return home, where Dr. Stein will reward her by transforming her into a real human.
